‘2025 is set to be a year of promise and growth. We are currently investing in Survey kit that will allow us to leverage the latest in Surveying technology and open SV Surveying Ltd to the world of point cloud data and 3d modelling.

We are also looking forward to assisting in the Governments 1.5 million new homes target. This is a really high target which will be very challenging for the current construction sector to hit. It will provide us with a wealth of opportunity and growth.

The planning sector will see an increase in its fees for submission come April which will provide financial obstacles to smaller projects. Something that is somewhat of a roadblock when it comes to projects wishing to seek planning. The Government needs to look at ways of which to support the Construction sector, not hinder it. We also have multiple Councils across the Country wishing to merge to Unitary Councils, which will no doubt provide a full reform and regroup of the planning application process. I look forward to seeing the proposals of this.

As a company we are aiming for another year of education and learning. With several of our team entering their CICES portfolios for Full Membership in coming months as we strive for excellence and competency. We wish each and every member of the team the best of luck.
