SV Surveying Ltd has 9 experienced Surveyors in the team. All with a wide variety of proven experience and education. From studying degrees in Civil engineering to completing apprentice courses at the local College.
Education, training and professional development are at the forefront of our company ethos. Allowing us to provide you with qualified, educated, experienced and reliable surveyors.

Elliott G C Allman - MCinstCES
Managing Director
Working in the Surveying profession for 19 years. Holding technical membership and full membership certificates to the CICES, alongside being a qualified examiner for the Surveying Body. I also hold HNC and HND certificates for Construction and the Build Environments. My favourite aspect of the job is travelling all over the Country to visit weird and wonderful properties. During my spare hours, I like to spend time with family, watching Manchester United and walking the dog to the local pub for a pint.
Andy Booth - TCInstCES
Managing Director
Andy has been with the company for over 10 years. With a proven track record for producing high-quality Topographic Surveys and reliable Stock Volume Surveys. Professional qualifications from the CICES, holding a Technical Membership. Having over 15 years of experience in the surveying profession. Andy’s favourite part about being part of the team at SV Surveying is being able to develop his skill sets and share them with the rest of the survey team. Outside of work Andy loves hiking in the Lake District and a good pint of Ale.
Jack Wood - TCInstCES
Senior Surveyor
Jack is an experienced Multi-Disciplined Surveyor and a Technical Member of the CICES. Having proven experience in Site Topographic Surveys, Stock Surveys and Measure Building Surveys. Jack’s favourite part of working for SV Surveying Ltd is the variety of work and the different experiences that come with it. Outside of work, Jack has a passion for cooking and the culinary arts. Whilst also keeping fit playing football.
Rebecca Allman
Office Manager
Becky has a strong background in the Quality and Change Management sector. Being involved in the sector for 12 years. She moved to the Surveying profession in 2023 to bring in skills to a new Management structure within SV Surveying. Her favourite things about working at SV Surveying ltd is that no two days are the same and also getting the chance to go to site to understand more about the profession and surveying. In her own time, she enjoys being involved with the local community and going for country walks with the kids and Hound.
Ieva Urvakyte
Senior CAD Technician
Ieva has several years experience in the surveying industry as a CAD technician, and recently taking more responsibility on and becoming a senior. Her favourite things about working for SV Surveying is the different variety of buildings to draw and problem solving. Ieva’s passions outside of work are motorsport (watching her partner race), travelling experiencing different cultures and doing trendy TikTok’s with her golden retriever.
